This women-only, down-to-earth and practical workshop, run by an experienced Midwife, is designed to prepare you for breastfeeding and looking after a newborn and also provides a great opportunity for you to meet other Mums-To-Be.
The workshop focuses on the first 2 weeks after the birth and some of the core topics include:
- Breastfeeding
- Looking after yourself after the birth
- Getting to know your baby and his/her needs
- What to expect in the first few weeks
